Dulles, Va. - Toll Brothers representatives, along with Loudoun County government officials, broke ground on the newest section of Loudoun County Parkway at noon on Tuesday, April 25 onsite at Loudoun Valley Estates. Toll Brothers, the developer of Loudoun Valley Villages and Loudoun Valley Estates, has just begun construction on 2.3 miles of Loudoun County Parkway, which will extend from Ryan Road to connect to the realigned Creighton Road. Currently the Loudoun County Parkway is open from Waxpool Road to Ryan Road.
